DCC’s founder Dr. Hans Au has been in diverse leadership roles in China since 2002 as an entrepreneur, management professional, Attorney-at-Law and investor. Together with his Chinese- international team of general managers, lawyers, finance managers, accountants, tax advisors, sourcing and digital experts DCC combines the precision and quality of professional consulting with the pragmatic problem-solving of a China manager.

All managers at DCC possess many years of professional and business management experience. The founder Dr. Hans Au was a corporate lawyer with the international law firm Lovells (now Hogan Lovells) and in 2007 founded iF Juice, a premium fresh juice maker with sales in North and East China regions, which he managed full time till 2016. He is both investor and advisor in several start-ups.  


Gary Zheng, Of Counsel at DCC, has extensive China commercial law practice experience, especially in foreign direct investment, M&A and international trade. Professor Jiao, DCC manufacturing consultant, has been in leading executive roles in Chinese manufacturing businesses, including foods, steel products, machine tooling, commodities.
