Before that, he was an active lawyer for a British-international law firm in Beijing. Dr. Hans Au was also active as an interim CFO, as a general manager, legal representative and as an experienced negotiator in China several times. His experience in business fields range from software, medical techonology, foods, tech-start-ups, capital investment, fitted kitchens, mechanical engineering, consumer goods, and construction materials.

UNSER MANAGEMENT
Dr. iur. Hans Au gründete DCC im Jahr 2010, um sein einzigartiges, durch lebenslange Erfahrung erworbenes Verständnis für kulturelle Unterschiede, in den geschäftlichen Austausch zwischen Ost und West einzubringen. Dr. Au ist seit 2002 in verschiedenen Führungs- und Stakeholder-Rollen in China als Unternehmer, Managementexperte, Rechtsanwalt oder Investor tätig. Von 2007 bis 2016 war er Mitgründer und Geschäftsführer von iF Juice, einem Premium-Hersteller von Frischsäften. iF Juice wuchs von einem 30 Quadratmeter großen Ladengeschäft zu einem industriellen Hersteller mit Vertrieb in Nord- und Ostchina heran. Von 2002 bis 2005 war er als Rechtsanwalt bei der internationalen Anwaltskanzlei Lovells (heute Hogan Lovells) tätig. Für Kunden, die den DCC China Service Desk nutzen, übernimmt Dr. Hans Au bisweilen längerfristige Führungspositionen wie die des Legal Representative, Managing Director oder Interims-CFO. Seit 2018 ist Dr. Au als Investor, Beirat und im Vorstand von 2 Softwareunternehmen tätig.
